I placed my order and felt like I was just left in the dark after that. The tracking information was either not available or didn’t update for several days, so I had no clear idea where my parcel actually was.

When I contacted customer service, the responses were quite slow and not particularly helpful or clear. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d be ordering from them again.

I ordered a jacket from cloak-industries.com, but the size wasn’t quite right. The jacket itself looked fine, so I figured an exchange would be simple enough... but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected.

I sent the return back and then didn’t hear anything for over a week. I had to email them twice before someone finally got back to me, and even then the replies were short and not super helpful.
I did get the exchange in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, the whole process took way longer than it should have, and... yeah, their returns could definitely be smoother.

Overall, I like it a lot. It feels good and seems like decent quality, though at the same time the stitching looks a little messy in a few spots. It’s not a huge deal, and I’d still say I’m happy with it, but I also wish it looked a bit cleaner.

They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I had to wait a while before hearing anything. Not a huge deal, just wish the response time was a little faster

I’ll be honest, I’m usually just focused on finding the one thing I came for and I don’t notice much else, but even then this website gets frustrating. Stuff isn’t easy to find, and some pages load oddly or feel glitchy. It’s not unusable, but it definitely makes a simple task feel like more work than it should

I bought a hoodie and, really, it’s decent for what I paid. The material feels nice, not exactly super premium, but better than I was expecting. Shipping was a little slow, so I’d give it 4 stars. I’d probably buy again if there’s another sale.

I ordered a hoodie from Cloak-industries my first impression was good. It looked nice, the fit was about what I expected, and the fabric felt soft enough right out of the package.
After washing it a few times, though, I started noticing some fading and a little stitching coming loose around the sleeve. It’s not like it fell apart or anything, but I do feel like it probably could’ve held up a bit better.
I’m still wearing it and it’s definitely comfortable, so I don’t regret buying it. I’d say it’s decent for the price, just maybe not one of those hoodies you can fully count on lasting forever.

My order got here in about 4 days, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated like it should, so that was easy to keep an eye on. The packaging could’ve been a bit better, but overall it was a smooth experience.

They’re comfortable enough for daily use, but after wearing them for a while they start to feel a little stiff. Not terrible, just not amazing either. I did reach out about it and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which didn’t help much

I ordered a medium thinking it would fit like my usual medium, but it ended up being tighter than I expected. It’s not unwearable, but it’s frustrating when sizing feels like the goalposts keep moving from one item to the next.
